Open position

Insurance Advisor Private Clients (80-100%)

Central Switzerland region, with flexible work locations

If you want to advise clients holistically and enjoy a performance-driven environment, this role is a strong fit.

Your responsibilities

  • You advise private clients based on their needs across insurance and pension solutions.
  • You actively grow your client portfolio and win new contacts via referrals, network, and campaigns.
  • You guide the full advisory process from analysis to closing.
  • You use modern digital tools for planning, consulting, and documentation.
  • You work closely with internal operations and product specialists.
  • You represent goInsure professionally in client meetings, events, and the regional market.

What you bring

  • Completed basic education and genuine interest in consulting and sales.
  • Several years of experience in insurance or field sales is a plus.
  • VBV/AFA certification is an advantage, or willingness to complete it with us.
  • Strong communication, confident presence, and closing skills.
  • High self-organization, reliability, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Very good English and/or German skills; additional languages are welcome.
