Identity and address of goInsure

goInsure is an independent insurance intermediary registered with FINMA under number F01502353. goInsure acts in the interest of clients and intermediates insurance contracts in all lines.

Cooperation with insurers

goInsure works with selected insurers (including health insurers) to advise clients optimally. Partner insurers are listed on our website. Cooperation agreements provide remuneration for brokered contracts or portfolio management. goInsure remains free to recommend the most suitable solution and acts solely in the client’s interest.

Avoidance of conflicts of interest

goInsure takes all necessary measures to avoid conflicts of interest and informs clients if conflicts cannot be prevented despite these measures.

Compensation information

goInsure is not compensated directly by clients but receives customary commission or brokerage from insurers for brokered contracts. Reference values vary by line and effort. An overview is available at www.goinsure.ch/vag-45b. Upon request, goInsure discloses the amounts received.

Data protection information

All data provided by clients or third parties (including sensitive data) is treated confidentially in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Processing is limited to brokerage purposes and, in anonymized form, service improvement. Data is retained only as long as required for contractual and legal obligations. Clients have the right to access data stored and processed by goInsure.

Training and professional qualifications

All staff involved in brokerage and advice are registered intermediaries and have the required professional qualifications. They are subject to initial and continuing training obligations (Art. 43 VAG). Information available on request at info@goinsure.ch.

Liability and complaints

goInsure assumes liability in cases of fault, negligence or incorrect advice and holds professional liability insurance. Complaints may be addressed to Daniel Schürch (d.schuerch@goinsure.ch).
